Daenerys had this coin minted to replace the concept of slaves as currency in the city. She is shown on this Mark as Queen of Meereen, surrounded by her three dragons: Drogon, named for Khal Drogo, Rhaegal, named for her oldest brother Rhaegar, and Viserion, named after her brother Viserys. The reverse is a pyramid of Meereen and broken manacles, representing the abolishment of slavery in the city.
